Leadership & Management Instructor

• Deliver the course sessions in class and online, following the curriculum
• Run case studies, role plays and group activities
• Assess learner work and give clear, practical feedback
• Support learners with questions between sessions
• Suggest improvements to the course content

Teach our Leadership Management course to new and aspiring managers — practical sessions on leading teams, communication, decision-making and performance.

• Bachelor's degree in management, business or a related field (master's preferred)
• A training or teaching qualification is an advantage

• Hands-on experience leading teams
• Experience teaching or training adults
• Confident presenter with clear spoken and written English
